c3 Youth is the youth group program at Cornerstone Christian Church in Mocksville, North Carolina for 7-12th grade students. We are committed to spreading the gospel and making disciples in Davie County. Our drive is to see students acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life and the only way to God (John 14:6).
The mission of c3 Youth is to make disciples of Christ by teaching and modeling a Biblical lifestyle that promotes truth and love. The core values of our ministry are Grow, Connect, and Reach. The foundation is Christ and the example of His life. He is a model of growing, connecting, and reaching. Jesus taught the disciples to grow in their inner life. This was a necessity before they were able to reach out to the community around them. Growth is the measure of inward activity of the Holy Spirit. Jesus connected by spending time in the community with the disciples and those who followed Him so that they could experience God together. Relationship represents the work of the Holy Spirit in community. Jesus spent his time around sinner, healed the sick, and ultimately died to reach out to us. Our greatest commandment is to love God and then love others as we love ourselves. Love then compels us to serve those around us, reaching outside of our community into the world.
c3 Youth meets weekly at Cornerstone on Sunday nights. Junior High (7-8th grades) meet from 5:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. with open gym from 4:30-5:00 p.m. Senior High (9-12th grades) meets from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
